One Flower Wednesday

Only 4 flowers today - I desperately need to get more fabric and organise myself a bit better:-

Hexagons

Again I have not done any more flowers, but I have straightened up my flower quilt up by adding more flowers!

I've straightened up all the sides - as much as a hexagon quilt can be straightened!

Here's a sideways view for your viewing pleasure.  I'm using the old camera with these pics, and look - I've chopped bits off! Must be getting more used to the new camera!

Haven't had time to actually sew any flowers this week, but I did add 4 flowers to the garden:

The more I add, the smaller it looks!

Thank you everyone for your best wishes for Alan.  Everything did go well and he is home now.  Unfortunately it seems he might be developing a cold and cough, so it will be off to the doctors tomorrow if he is no better.

Alan is going into hospital tomorrow for  hernia repair surgery - he will probably stay overnight and if all goes well I will pick him up on Friday. 

One Flower Wednesday

Well here we are again - sorry I missed last week but I was busy away.

So here are 4 little flowers for this week:

Sorry it is not even ironed, but I have done all the diamonds and this is where I am up to - it is a wall quilt, about 19 x 20 inches and I'm about half way there.

Well here we are at One Flower Wednesday again, and here are my hexagon flowers.  They are really for 2 weeks I suppose, because I didn't post last Wednesday.

There's 12 so that's 6 per week.....

Here they are in all their glory!  Have a close look, because now that I am home from hospital, I don't seem to have much time to sew them.
